Faculty of Engineering

The Faculty of Engineering was established in 2017-2018 as affiliated institution governed by Savannakhet University (SKU), offered three bachelor degree programs (a 4-year program) including Electrical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, and Logistics Management.

1.Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Involved with ASEAN FACTORI 4.0)

This program aims at building electrical profession and electricians that can calculate and design electrical systems in buildings and factories, low-high voltage systems, and transformer installations.

After graduation, students can continue further education at post-graduate level domestically or internationally, work with public and private entities, or running own business such as electrical system designer, electrician or entrepreneur.

  1. Bachelor of Logistics Engineering

This program aims at building technical officers with knowledge and capability in logistic planning, design and feasibility, analyzing and developing public logistics processes, designing the logistics network, warehouses, shipping and goods distribution centre.

After graduation, students can continue further education at post-graduate level domestically or internationally, logistics engineer, designing and planning transportation and logistics network,  work with public and private entities, or running own business such transportation entrepreneur, shipping, and working in logistics industries.

  1. Logistics Management

This program aims at providing logistics management, laws of transportation, commerce, and shipping, and border trades, planning and estimation of product flows, procurements, warehouse management, production management, transportation strategies, and supply chain risk management.

After graduation, students can continue further education at post-graduate level domestically or internationally, procurement officer, work with public and private entities, or running own business such transportation entrepreneur, shipping, and working in logistics industries.

Admission  

The entrance is annually organized according to the directions and MOES plan for requiting undergraduate students.
